SALON POLICY 

At Cali hair we respect your time and schedules so we try our best to work in times best for your convenience. We also send out confirmations a few days before your appointment with your time and date. Therefore, we request you give us 48hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. Anything less then 48hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost to secure another appointment. ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the service cost, upon your next appointment. 
For all new clients a $50 booking fee is taken to secure your appointment. This deposit is redeemable at the end of your service. If you cancel within 48hours of your appointment your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
