Salon Policy
At Cali Hair, we respect your time and schedule, and we do our best to provide appointment times that suit your convenience. We also send out confirmation messages a few days prior to your appointment with your date and time.
To avoid cancellation charges, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend (no show), your booking deposit will be forfeited, and 20% of the missed or cancelled appointment fee will be charged to your booking card.
All clients are required to pay a $50 booking deposit to secure their appointment. This deposit is redeemable on the day of your service.
For new clients booking extensions, a $150 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is also redeemable on the day of your service.

No Refund Policy
At Cali Hair, we strive to provide the highest quality services to all our clients. Due to the time, products, and personal care invested in each appointment, we do not offer refunds on any services or products.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns and offer a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.
